The Spring season brings warmth to the surroundings and offers a pleasant environment for trekking. March, April and May are the spring months in Nepal, which is considered as one of the best times for trekking. The chances of rainfall are low during the season, which makes walking easier for trekkers. Moreover, the mild temperature and vibrant rhododendrons blooming add charm to the surroundings. The skies are clear and cloud-free due to which the views are clear and unobstructed.

The Autumn season (September, October, and November) is also considered as the ideal time for trekking. During autumn, the environment is pleasant, and it rewards you with stunning views of the snow-clad peaks. The weather is mild, and the environment is clear-washed by the monsoon months, which makes it the perfect time to embark on the journey. The skies are clear, and it presents you with breathtaking and distinct views of the mountains.

During the Summer/Monsoon season, there are frequent rainfalls which results in trails being slippery and muddy, which may cause discomfort for the trekkers. In the morning, after the rain, the magnificent views of snow-capped mountains are seen. Packing the appropriate rain gear is a must if you want to trek in the summer/monsoon season. The surroundings are lush, and the waterfalls and rivers look even more beautiful because of the increased water levels. June, July, and August are the Monsoon months.

In the Winter season, the trails can be covered in snow most of the time, and the region is very cold, which makes trekking challenging. Additional packing is required, which can make your backpack heavy. However, there are fewer rainfalls, and you can trek feeling the serenity of nature in the tranquil winter atmosphere. December, January, and February are the winter months in Nepal. Even though the days can be sunny, the temperature drops significantly at night.
