- Day 01: Drive from Kathmandu to Barpak Village

Barpak Elevation: 1,920 m
Drive Duration: 8 to 9 hours
On this day we will receive you from your hotel and you will enjoy a comfortable ride making your way towards Barpak Village. The drive is scenic and adventurous. The beautiful views of hills, forests and highway settlements will keep you engaged throughout the journey. There are many stops on the way where you will have breaks for refreshment. In about 8 to 9 hours you will arrive in Barpak Village. You can then head towards your teahouse and get rest to be well prepared for the trek which begins on next day.
- Day 02: Trek to Laprak Village from Barpak Village
Barpak Village Elevation: 1,920 m
Laprak Village Elevation: 2,200 m
Trek Duration: 5 to 6 hours
On 2nd day of your journey you will trek to Laprak Village. You will begin the trek early in the morning after a hearty breakfast. You will make your trek towards Laprak witnessing stunning views of hills and mountains. This alluring journey enchants you as it passes along the trail of tranquil rhododendron forests. The mesmerizing views of Ganesh Himal can be seen on this day making your journey even more immersive.
You will pass through beautiful places like Basu Kang and Gupsi Danda. It takes about 5 to 6 hours to arrive in Laprak Village. Upon arriving in beautiful Laprak village you will witness picturesque settlements and their beauty enhanced by hills in the backdrop. You will stay overnight at Laprak Village.
- Day 03: Trek to Nambai Kharka from Laprak Village
Laprak Village Elevation: 2,200 m
Nambai Kharka Elevation: 2,915 m
Trek Duration: 4 to 5 hours
On the third day of the journey you will trek to Nambai Kharka from Laprak Village. The trek begins in the morning after breakfast. You will moderately make your way towards your destination.
Nambai Kharka is an interesting place: an open field with a few temporary housing options. Such temporary housing are useful during the season of potato plantation and harvest as they provide shelter to people from Laprak. The beautiful panoramas of scenic mountain views are seen from Nambai Kharkha. You will stay overnight at one of the guest houses in Nambai Kharka.
- Day 04: Hike to Dharche Danda and Trek to Tallo Thotneri
Dharche Danda: 3,220 m
Tallo Thotneri: 1,650 m
Trek Duration: 7 to 8 hours
On this day you will start the hike early in the morning heading towards Dharche Danda. This beautiful place also is significant to the Gurung people. They believe that the hill deity protects them from natural calamities. They pray to the hill deity in order to avoid natural calamities.
The view of sunrise seen from this point is mesmerizing. From Dharche Danda stunning views of mountains such as Machhapuchhre Annapurna I, Gangapurna, Ganesh Himal, Annapurna II, Himalchuli and many more can be seen. The experience is phenomenal, one that will be engraved in your memory forever. After you spend a few hours at Darche Dada you’ll hike downwards and trek to reach Tallo Thotneri which is your destination on this day.
- Day 05: Trek to Deurali from Tallo Thotneri

Deurali Elevation: 1,300 m
Trek Duration: 7 to 8 hours
You will trek to Deurali on fifth day of Lower Mannaslu Trek. You can visit the Sita Cave along the way. Sita Cave is the major attraction of this place. It holds great religious significance among Hindus. You will then make your way to Deurali. The views of hills and beautiful mountains will keep you captivated throughout the journey.
You will continue the trek passing through several villages. You will then make it to beautiful Deurali Village after trekking for about 7 to 8 hours from Tallo Thotneri. - Day 06: Drive to Kathmandu from Deurali
