Honeymoon Tour Nepal with Nepal Guide Treks starts at Kathmandu. After a guided sightseeing tour around some of the fascinating sites in Kathmandu, we will drive towards the windy and scenic viewpoint of Nagarkot away from the crowded city environment.
We will enjoy the outstanding sunrise view over the Langtang Himalayan Range before driving to Dhulikhel. Leaving Dhulikhel, our forward journey heads towards Pokhara. Pokhara is a beautiful town set on the banks of Fewa Lake. It is a tourist’s paradise, full of natural as well as cultural heritage sites such as lakes, caves, temples of Buddhists and Hindus along with mountains.
It is smaller and much less hectic than in Kathmandu. Boating at Fewa Lake and sightseeing around Pokhara city is how we spend our time in Pokhara. A drive to Sarangkot is included for excursion and enjoying the wonderful sunrise view over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain range. After spending quality time at Sarangkot, we will dive back to Pokhara and spend the rest of the day relaxing beside Fewa Lake.
The wonderful honeymoon tour continues with a drive from Pokhara towards Bandipur. Bandipur is a hilltop settlement and the living museum of Newar (an ethnic tribe) cultural life. Great views of Marsyangdi Valley and Himalayan Ranges including Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, and Langtang can be enjoyed from Bandipur.
Besides, Bandipur is well known for its adventure sports activities such as paragliding, rock climbing, caving, hiking, and rafting. - Day 01: Arrive at Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel
Our airport arrival and departure representative will greet you at Tribhuwan International Airport on your arrival schedule. Then, you will be transferred to our hotel in the heart of Kathmandu city. Our staff will help you until your check-in procedure ends at Hotel. You can either have a rest at the Hotel or visit NGT’s office for collecting more information about the tour. In the evening, join our welcome dinner program organized by Nepal Guide Treks and Expedition Team.

Meals: BB Plan + Welcome Dinner - Day 02: Sightseeing at Kathmandu & drive to Nagarkot Hillside
After breakfast, we prepare ourselves for some sightseeing tour around Kathmandu Durbar Square, situated in the heart of Kathmandu. The remarkable varieties of temples were built between the 12th and 18th century. We will spend most of our day exploring the rich architectures and historical monuments that have been preserved for centuries. After the excursion around Kathmandu Durbar Square, we will take a scenic drive over the zigzag hilly road towards Nagarkot Hill Station for our overnight stay.

Meals: BB Plan - Day 03: Enjoy magnificent sunrise view from Nagarkot & drive to Dhulikhel
Today we start early and make a short walk to the Nagarkot view point. We will reach the viewpoint before the morning light breaks out. Then enjoy the priceless sunrise view over the central Himalayan ranges of Nepal including the whole Langtang range. The changing colours on the high mountains from pink to orange and silver-white – is truly an awesome feeling and life-time experience. After enjoying the sunrise view, we will spend some time exploring the hillside villages. Then, we will drive towards Dhulikhel for the overnight stay. Dhulikhel is an ancient and traditional Newar town where traditional Newari lifestyle is well preserved.

Meals: BB Plan - Day 04: Drive to Pokhara
After breakfast, we will make exploration around Dhulikhel and then take a drive towards Pokhara. Pokhara is located 200 kilometres west of Kathmandu and our drive journey is around 6 hours. We leave Kathmandu valley drive over the zigzag hilly roads that go along the Trisuli River. After a few hours, our drive heads gently up through heavily terraced fields and small hill towns to the Seti River that brings us into Pokhara. Pokhara is a beautiful town set on the banks of the Fewa Lake. Overnight in Pokhara.

Meals: BB Plan - Day 05: Sightseeing at Pokhara & Drive to Sarangkot Hill
After breakfast, we will do some sightseeing around Pokhara. Pokhara is tourist’s paradise full of natural as well as cultural heritage sites such as lakes, caves, temples of Buddhist and Hindus along with mountains. The stunning views to the north across the hills and Fewa Taal (Lake) to the white peaks of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges are very impressive. After spending a full day sightseeing around Pokhara, we will take a short drive to Sarangkot Hill from where we can get amazing views of the high mountains and the whole Pokhara valley below us.

Meals: BB Plan - Day 06: Enjoy sunrise views over the Himalayas from Sarankot and drive back to Pokhara
We will wake up early and reach the viewpoint before the morning light hits the high snow-capped mountains. Enjoy the magnificent sunrise view over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges. We will spend some quality time at Sarangkot hill and then drive back to Pokhara. While at Pokhara, boating at Fewa Lake is one of the best activity that offers great views of surrounding mountains. In the evening feel free to stroll around the market streets of Pokhara.

Meals: BB Plan - Day 07: Drive to Bandipur
We will enjoy a relaxed breakfast at Pokhara and prepare for a drive to Bandipur which is approximately three hours of drive. We will drive along the Prithivi Highway up to Dumre and from there, an additional drive of about 30 minutes will bring us to Bandipur. Bandipur is the living museum of Newari culture with architectures built around the 18th century. We will spend the rest of the day exploring the town and temples of the historic Newari town of Bandipur. There are several attractions around the town, where we will also experience a different environment. Bandipur was an important stop for India-Tibet traders until Prithivi Highway was built in the 1960s. We will spend the overnight in Bandipur.

A refreshing morning at Bandipur is one of the best feelings to its visitors. We will have a relaxed start and explore some more during the first half of the day. Then we drive towards Kurintar for the overnight stay. At Kurintar you will spend a leisurely time along the riverside. Enjoy and relax the rest of the evening and the overnight in the Riverside Resort at Kurintar.

We will make a relaxed start at the resort. After breakfast, we take a drive that heads back to Kathmandu. Our drive journey takes around three hours as we drive over Prithivi Highway all the way back to Kathmandu. After arriving at Kathmandu, you will be transferred to the hotel. You can either have rest at the hotel or take a walk around the busy streets of Kathmandu.

You’d surely like to see as much of Kathmandu as possible. An early visit to temples is very practical throughout the whole country.
