Day 1 of this adventure begins with the scenic flight from Kathmandu to Syangboche, and you’ll rest at the Everest View Hotel for the day. The next day demands trekking for about 4-5 hours from Syangboche to Monjo.
As it is a relatively easier trek because of trekking through comfortable paths in lower altitudes this will be a relatively easier trekking journey. Though you can perform some lightweight exercises like squats, deadlifts, pushups, pullups, and crunches to strengthen your muscles. Moreover, you can train your body with cardiovascular exercises like running, jogging, cycling, walking, and swimming to enhance your endurance. Also, make sure to perform flexibility and mobility exercises to enhance your body’s performance.
