  • Day 01: Arrival and Transfer to the Hotel

The mildest form of AMS causes headaches and nausea. The more serious forms are HAPE and HACE. They can build up fluids in the lungs and brain that can be dangerous to your health.

Some of the most common signs and symptoms at high altitudes include headaches, dizziness, nausea, shortness of breath and fatigue. Do not take them lightly if these signs are present.
